Just a friendly reminder to all our valued customers... Our store policy is that we do not offer refunds on items that you purchase. It is stated on the bottom of your receipt. We are more than happy to provide a you with a store credit provided the item is bought in accompanied with an official receipt and within a reasonable time period (usually a couple of days), of course the item must be:- unused, in original packaging and undamaged, but we do not offer refunds.

If an electrical item is faulty, this needs to be handled by the manufacturer and this is out of our hands. We can sometimes be the middleman and assist in the warranty issue, but the final decision is up to the manufacturer.
